Terms of Use

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services.

By booking a service or buying a product, you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

3. Scope of Services

We provide, among other things:

AC installation, uninstallation, shifting and reinstallation.

AC repair and breakdown visits (Split, Window, Cassette, Ductable, VRV/VRF, Inverter and NonInverter; AHU / FAHU where agreed).

Preventive servicing and cleaning.

Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and other service contracts (Ordinary, Comprehensive, NonComprehensive, AllinAll, etc.).

Copper piping and related installation work.

Secondhand / refurbished AC units

Exchange / buyback offers for old units, where schemes are available.

The exact scope for any job will be as per the quotation, work order, or contract shared with you for that job.

4. Booking, Quotations and Confirmation

Service bookings may be made via our website, phone, email, WhatsApp or any other channel we specify.

Any quotation given by us (verbal, written or shared online) is an estimate based on the information you provide. Final charges may change after our technician inspects the site and confirms actual work and parts required.

A booking is treated as confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message (SMS / email / WhatsApp) from us and, if required, pay any advance.

5. Pricing, Taxes and Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.

We may revise service charges, visit fees, labour rates, or product prices at any time without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate unless the scope changes.

Payment must be made as per the invoice terms—this may be before work, on completion, or as per a contract. We accept the modes of payment mentioned on our website or invoice (e.g., cash, UPI, credit/debit card, bank transfer, etc.).

For AMCs and longterm contracts, payment is typically taken in advance for the contract period, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Site Access and Customer Responsibilities

To allow us to carry out work safely and efficiently, you agree to:

Provide our technicians with safe access to the premises, including necessary permissions from building management or society where required.

Ensure that power supply, water, and basic facilities are available during the visit.

Keep valuables, fragile items and sensitive equipment safely out of the work area.

Inform us of any structural issues, prior modifications, or constraints that may affect the job.

Obtain any permissions required from landlords, societies, or authorities.

We are not responsible for delays or inability to complete the work due to lack of access, unsafe conditions, or missing approvals.

7. Parts, Materials and SecondHand Equipment

Where new parts or consumables are used, we will endeavour to use genuine or highquality compatible parts.

Manufacturer warranties (if any) on parts or new units are subject to the respective manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

Secondhand / refurbished AC units are sold on an “asis, whereis” basis, but may include a limited service warranty from us as mentioned in the specific invoice or offer. OEM (original manufacturer) warranty may not apply to preowned units.

8. Service Contracts and AMC

For AMC, AllinAll, Ordinary, Comprehensive, NonComprehensive, or any other service contract:

The detailed inclusions, exclusions, number of visits and parts coverage will be stated in the specific contract document or proposal.

Contract charges are generally nonrefundable once the contract period has started.

Contracts become active only after full payment and, where required, a preAMC inspection confirms that the equipment is in working condition.

Preexisting faults, improper installation, or damage due to external causes are not covered unless explicitly included in writing.

If you shift or sell the equipment, the contract is not automatically transferable unless we confirm this in writing.

9. Exchange and Buyback Offers

Exchange and buyback values for old AC units depend on age, brand, capacity, condition, and scrap value at the time of assessment.

Once an exchange is completed and the old unit is collected, ownership of the old unit passes to us, and it cannot be claimed back.

Any exchange/discount schemes are subject to availability, scheme validity dates, and additional terms displayed on the offer communication.

10. Shifting / Relocation Services

While we take utmost care during uninstallation, transport and reinstallation, minor cosmetic wear and tear may occur.

Gas “pumpdown” and reuse are done wherever technically possible; if gas is lost due to prior leaks or other reasons, refilling may be charged extra.

We are not liable for damages caused by hidden structural issues, poor electrical installations, or buildingrelated problems beyond our control.

11. Cancellations, Rescheduling and NoShow

You may reschedule a visit within a reasonable time frame (for example, at least 4–6 hours before the scheduled slot) subject to availability.

In case of repeated lastminute cancellations or if our technician is unable to access the premises after visiting, a visit/inspection charge may apply.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to reasons including, but not limited to, staff unavailability, safety concerns, force majeure events, or technical issues. We will attempt to inform you as early as possible.

12. Limited Warranty on Services

For most repairs and installations, we may offer a limited service warranty for a specified period (e.g., 15–90 days) as mentioned on your invoice.

The warranty typically covers only the work performed by us and the specific parts we replace; it does not cover new issues, user mishandling, power fluctuations, flooding, fire, rodent damage, or thirdparty interference.

Under warranty, our liability is limited to reperforming the service or repairing/replacing the part we supplied, at our discretion.
