Our Service Contract Options Explained

Comprehensive AMC (All-in-All): Our most popular, all-inclusive plan. This contract covers all routine servicing, labor for breakdown repairs, and the cost of most spare parts, including gas charging and compressor replacement (as per specific terms). It offers complete peace of mind with no unexpected expenses.

Non-Comprehensive AMC (Ordinary): An affordable option that covers all scheduled maintenance visits and labor costs for any repairs needed during the contract period. The cost of spare parts, if required, is billed separately.

Scheduled Services: Each contract includes a pre-defined number of service visits per year (typically 2-4) where our technicians perform a complete system check-up, including:

  • Cleaning of filters, indoor coils, and outdoor units.
  • Checking refrigerant levels.
  • Inspecting motors, fans, and drainage systems.
  • Verifying overall cooling performance.

On-Site & Workshop Support: Contract customers get access to our expert repair team for any breakdowns. Most issues are resolved on-site. For major repairs, we offer convenient in-workshop service.

Comprehensive AMC covers services, labour and most parts; Non‑Comprehensive AMC covers services and labour only, while parts are billed separately.

Yes, but first we do a pre‑AMC health check. Any existing major faults or missing parts must be repaired before the contract starts, so both sides are clear about the condition of the unit.
